Objective

Be the first player to connect four of your colored discs in a row — horizontally, vertically, or diagonally.

How to Play

  • Players take turns dropping one disc into any of the 7 columns.
  • Discs fall to the lowest available position in the chosen column (gravity).
  • Click on a column to drop your disc there.
  • The game continues until one player connects four in a row or the board is full.

Winning

  • Connect 4 discs horizontally (across a row).
  • Connect 4 discs vertically (down a column).
  • Connect 4 discs diagonally (in either direction).

Draw

If all 42 cells are filled and no player has four in a row, the game ends in a draw. Draws are rare in Connect 4!
